Our Homeless Youth Require Get-It-Done States. Connecticut Is A Get-It-Done State.

Connecticut is a get-it-done state for our homeless youth.

3,000 homeless youth under 25 years old.

$12 million investment dollars. To build supportive housing units for youths 18-to-24 years old.

In addition, approximately $3 million set aside to pay for 10 years of operating expenses.

An additional $175,000 per year, for the next decade, is also being allocated by the state.

And nobody raised their hand and said, "Well, what about the habitat of climbing tree chipmunk?"

Naaaa. We can get homeless youth into permanent supportive homes.

Let's get that done. And that is okay.

To have a couple of states in this nation that are get-it-done states.
